Information, not an offer
This site presents what the company does and exists so that you can get in touch. Nothing is sold through it and there are no user accounts.

The content is not a binding offer
The material descriptions, the grades we accept, the collection terms and everything else on this site are published for information. They are not an offer within the meaning of the law of obligations and do not oblige us to enter into any transaction.
Buying prices are not published. The price depends on the grade, the purity and the quantity of the material and on world market movements, so it is agreed deal by deal, once we have seen what is on offer.
An enquiry is not a contract
Sending us an enquiry through the form, calling us or writing to us creates no obligation — for you or for us. A transaction comes into being only when both sides expressly agree the material, the quantity, the price and how it will be collected.
We buy from companies. If you are not sure whether what you have is something we take in, get in touch and we will tell you before you arrange anything.
Accuracy and availability
We do our best to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete at every moment, or that the site will run without interruption. We change the content without prior notice.
