Cookies
A short page, because there is not much to say: this site sets no cookies.
In short
This site uses no cookies
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no social network cookies. That is also why we never ask you to consent — there is nothing to consent to.
So how do you know who visits
What we use instead
We do count visits, but with nothing left on your device and nothing that would let us recognise you tomorrow.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small record a website leaves in your browser so that it can recognise you next time. Cookies are used for signing in and remembering settings, but also for following people around the internet and for advertising.
This site needs none of that. There are no user accounts, no basket and nothing is sold online, so there is nothing to remember between visits.
Anonymous visit statistics
So that we know which pages people actually use, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. That service sets no cookies and does not follow you onto other sites.
What is recorded is the time of the visit, the page address, the page you came from, your country and city, your device type and your browser. A visitor is recognised through a hash computed from the request itself, which is discarded after 24 hours — after that neither we nor the service can connect you to an earlier visit.
We also record three actions, with no personal data in them: that an enquiry was sent and which material was selected, a click on an enquiry button and which page it came from, and a tap on the phone number.
Nothing is saved in your browser
The site does not use browser storage either — no local storage, no session storage. When you close the page, nothing is left in your browser to say you were here.
The staff-only area
There is a closed area where the company's own staff sign in to read incoming enquiries. Signing in uses a cookie, because a login is not possible without one. That area is not public and visitors to the site never open it.
If you want extra reassurance
Every browser has settings for blocking cookies and clearing site data, and most have a private browsing mode. This site works exactly the same with all of that switched on — there is no feature that would break.
If this changes
If we ever introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary for the site to work, we will ask for your consent before we do and update this page. Until then, there is nothing here to configure.
